It works well. It stops heating just shy of boiling ~ 200F. But this is probably good for a car. It's double walled, like a thermos, so conserves heat. It is slow, but expected in a car system - can only use so much 12v power. Takes about 30 minutes to heat if full, but again, best you can do in a 12v car.
