Not enough wood piecesSo far so good. Looks like a very nice fireplace and great value. Only thing that I wish was that there was more of a lip on the top bezel like the sides have so that I could have been a little more rough on the opening but instead had to be pretty exact. Also the power cord comes out of the side of the fireplace and protrudes out so that made it hard to get into the tight opening so I have to modify my opening. If the power cord came out the back it would have made the installation much easier. Other than than it looks awesome in my custom made fireplace mantle that I’m currently building. I will definitely receive a lot of compliments in the future.We bought this to use in place of our wood burning fireplace. It is beautiful and huh quality. We had issues on the first one we bought (nothing on bag of of the company, I ordered the wrong size!??‍♀️) they were quick to send shipping label, stayed in touch during the return process, issued refund immediately once we dropped package off at fed ex and very quickly to send the replacement! Customer service hands down wins this product (the product itself is pretty great too!)Came in a little banged up. Directions weren’t very clear no fireplace soundJust what I was looking for. I like the blue lights. I had to build it up with bricks, but the width is perfect.This is so beautiful! I only wish the cord was on the opposite side, as my outlet was on the left, and the cords was on the right. I made it work though. Easy set up & gorgeous look!Easy to set up. Measurements fit as expected. Heat output is not that great. We just use ours to fill a false gap in our living room wallProduct size on box is different than what is online. Online says 33” wide but box says 38”. I returned first box but luckily the item fit. Heat works great. It has 2 settings: high and low. There is power button and all setting on so if you lose remote, you can still use fireplace.setup took about 30 minutes since you have to remove cover to put in crystals. Plug oddly paced on right side so make sure to measure horizontally. Overall great fireplace.Overall satisfied with this fireplace insert. Liked the design and the realistic resemblance of a fireplace. The first unit we received the glass could not be cleaned. We took it apart to clean it from the inside. There was a haze across 3/4 of the glass that could not be removed. Contacted the company to send us just a replacement glass but they told us to ship back the entire unit and get a replacement which we did. The second unit arrived and the glass was fine until we installed it. A condensation from the inside built up immediately and will not go away. I wonder if anyone else has experienced this problem?Love it. Puts off enough heat as we want. Glass doesn't get hot so my little kids won't get hurt. I decided not to add the logs because I liked the crystals better. Looks like real fire. Very happy with it. Came really quick tooFits our somewhat nonstandard opening like a glove. Good looking flame effects if somewhat glitchy until it 'warms up'. Would recommend, esp. for this price.Easy plug in, nice display. The crystals inside make a very nice glow. Different colors make a nice option.The unit installed a few days ago and so far, it works perfect. The backlight mode looks very real. Looking forward to using it in more in the fall/winter time.
